Starring : Al Pacino, Alicia Witt, Leelee Sobieski, Amy Brenneman
Director : Jon Avnet
Running Time : 107 mins
Dr Jack Gramm (Pacino) finds his life at risk on the eve of a murderer’s execution when he is given less that 90 minutes to live by a copycat killer who wants Gramm to pay for influencing the jury to convict in the killers court case. With the help of his assistant Kim Cummings (Witt), Gramm finds himself in a race to save his life before the copycat killer murders him for his indiscretions.
This movie was slow going, with the 88 minutes running closer to two hours, but in spite of Pacino’s lacklustre performance this movie was pretty good. Not wanting to spoil the ending, I can’t really point out the outstanding members of the cast, but needless to say if you give this a chance you may be pleasantly surprised.
