Running Time : 107 mins
A Machine from outer space comes to Earth with the soul goal of turning mankind into mutants. This leads to a natural decrease in the Earth’s population and a battle for survival between those still not transformed. Eventually it is decided that a small suicide group, lead by the devout Brother Samuel (Perlman) and made up of soldiers and those brave enough to face death, should be sent into the Machine to destroy it once and for all.
I actually thought this movie was ridiculous. There was too much explanation at the beginning of the movie about things that had already happened, which is never a good sign for any movie, and it ended so abruptly I was left with a disatisfied feeling in my stomach. I’d personally avoid this, as it’s yet another computer-game-style movie that has no place in modern cinema.
