Two thieves, Ridley (Whalin) and Snails (Wayans), become involved in the search for the legendary Rod of Savrille, a mythical tool which can control dragons and that will consequently give whomsoever possesses it the power to rule the Empire of Izmer. This tool is being sought out by many people, but most worryingly by Profion, a tyrant with ambitions of world domination.

This movie was just terrible. From the hammy villainy of Jeremy Irons to the always annoying presence of Marlon Wayans, this movie had no redeeming features whatsoever. Even Thora Birch, who is usually pretty good in movies, was over shadowed by just how bad the plot and effects were, although it’s one saving grace was that Wayans dies at the end.
