Meet Dave (2008) 6/10

A group of tiny aliens travel to Earth inside a spaceship shaped like a human, which they name Dave Ming Cheng (Murphy) in order to find a meteor rock which has crashed to the planet, but the Captain of the ship (Murphy) soon falls in love with Gina Morrison (Banks), the mother of a little boy who has found the rock.

This movie wasn’t out to win any awards for complicated plotlines, but was actually quite enjoyable. Little kids will love the idea of a spaceship that looks like a human, and the characters on board the ship, as they succumb to human behaviour patterns, are quite entertaining at points in the film.
