Will Graham (Norton) is a retired FBI agent who is brought in to try and track down the notorious serial killer known only as The Tooth Fairy. In his efforts he enlists the help of infamous cannibal, Dr Hannibal Lector (Hopkins), but soon discovers that Lector may be betraying his trust from the very start of their business relationship.

I wanted to enjoy this movie, and to be fair it was far better than Hannibal, but I couldn’t help thinking that it was unnecessary, seeing as how Manhunter was just that much more superior. Although this was basically made so that viewers could watch the whole series of films without wondering why Hannibal looked like Brian Cox in the original, this is still pretty good and worth making the effort for even if you disliked the movie Hannibal.
