Darkness Falls (2003) 5/10

It is said that the ghost of a woman who was wrongly murdered by the townsfolk of Darkness Falls comes back to exact her revenge on the descendents of the town, now going by the name of The Tooth Fairy. A young mother named Caitlin (Caulfield) remembers this tale when her son is haunted by The Tooth Fairy, and turns to her childhood friend Kyle (Kley) for help.

Having now seen this, it’s amazing how similar this is to the movie Dead Silence. In that you can’t scream or the ghost will steal your voice, in this you can’t look at the ghost or she’ll get you, and also there’s the back story of a woman accused of a crime she seemingly didn’t commit and being killed without trial! Despite the similarites, this movie didn’t really cut it in my opinion, and probably isn’t worth bothering with.
