Texas Rangers (2001) 6/10

Having witnessed the murder of his entire family by bandits, Lincoln Rogers Dunnison (Van Der Beek) decides to join the Texas Rangers to exact revenge upon his parent’s killers. This ragtag group of misfits, under the guidance of Leander McNelly (McDermott) set out in search of the bandits to bring them to justice, but find along the way that justice isn’t always served best through the proper channels.

This was a pretty mediocre Western, but it still had some interesting points to keep the viewer engrossed. It was nice to watch the somewhat speedy transformation of many of the characters, specifically those of Van Der Beek and McDermott, but it was a shame to see Kutcher wasted once again as the comic effect character.
