Bus driver Ralph Kramden (Cedric The Entertainer) has tried every get rich quick scheme under the sun, much to the dismay of his wife Alice (Union), but his latest scheme – to race greyhounds and win a huge pile of money – might actually work, but he has to get the money before his wife discovers that he’s spent almost all of their savings which she wanted to spend on buying a new home.

I’d heard this movie was absolutely dreadful, but it really wasn’t that bad. Gabrielle Union didn’t really fit the role of Ralph’s wife, but everyone else worked well, and Mike Epps was good as Ed. Overall this is probably only worth watching if it happens to be on telly, otherwise I wouldn’t bother making the effort.
