Wannabe animator and mildly retarded Gord Brody (Green) is in his thirties and still lives with his parents. His dream is to become a Hollywood animator, but when he is told that his characters aren't good enough and he needs to get "inside the animals", he sets off on a journey of gross out disgusting antics that go beyond the measures of bad taste.

I've seen some pretty awful movies in my time, but this one takes the biscuit. Green seems to be mildly retarded and manages to get himself into situations that just simply aren't funny, from wearing animal carcasses to ripping children from their mother's womb to accusing his dad of molesting his brother. There is little or no plot, with scenes that really don't lead on from one to the other. It seems that Tom Green simply had some ideas he thought were funny and didn't know how to connect them into a coherent sequence.
