Starring : Sean Biggerstaff, Emilia Fox, Shaun Evans, Michelle Ryan
Director : Sean Ellis
Running Time : 98 mins
When art student Ben Willis (Biggerstaff) suffers a terrible break-up with his long term girlfriend Suzy (Ryan), he begins to suufer from insomnia so takes a job in the night shift at Sainsbury's in the hope of making some money out of his predicament. There he spends most of his time living in his own little dream world, reminiscing about his past and desperately trying to affect his present whilst mooning over his new colleague, Sharon (Fox).
I had high hopes as this movie began, with its imaginative use of camera and interesting approach to narrative, but as soon as the lead actor starts to point out how interesting his outlook is the camera work loses all of its affect. The story - what there is of it - drags on with very little happening for the duration of the movie. This is really not worth watching unless you're an art student or if you just fancy seeing lots of naked women, which is as good a reason to watch it as any.
