Harry (Daniels) and Lloyd (Carrey) are two complete idiots who have been bosom buddies since school. When Lloyd finds a briefcase in the back of his limo belonging to one of his clients - a client he finds himself instantly attracted to - he convinces Harry to go on a cross-country trip to return the case to its rightful owner. Little do they know, but the briefcase contained ransom money, and now they're being chased by the kidnappers as well as the police.

Despite outward appearances, this is a very intelligent comedy road movie - a sort of Midnight Run with idiots. This movie made the Farrelly Brothers a household name, and lead on to other classics such as Kingpin and There's Something About Mary. This is one of those movies which you have to see - you can't simply go by what people say, watch it for yourself.
