A cat named Mr Tinkles (Hayes) has a dastardly plan to destroy a vaccine, designed by Professor Brody (Goldblum), which will rid the world of all dog allergies! The protection of the vaccine is left down to Lou (Maguire), a small beagle who has just been introduced to the terrible war between cats and dogs, and the group of dog agents who are trying to help him with his important mission.

This was actually a pretty enjoyable movie, despite having a ridiculous plotline. The dogs and cats were all cute, which would appeal to youngsters, but the sly in jokes put there for adults were good too! It’s no wonder the guy who wrote this went on to make Bad Santa!
