Accident prone dog Dougal (Williams) accidentally releases the evil sorceror Zeebad (Baker) from his imprisonment, and the wicked wizard goes on a magical rampage, imprisoning many of the locals in ice and planning on transforming the land into eternal winter so that summer will never return.

This was a fun filled romp with the usual sort of double entendre's to be expected from The Magic Roundabout. Every comment had an underlying joke for the grownups while still being funny for the kids. Baker is brilliant as the villain of the piece, with Broadbent and Nighy putting in some underplayed yet inspired performances as Brian and Dylan.
