Burn After Reading (2008) 7/10

When gym workers Linda Litzke (McDormand) and Chad Feldheimer (Pitt) find what they believe to be a top secret CIA data disc, they decide to try and make some money out of it by selling it back to the government, but even though the disc contains no pertinent informaion, the two soon find their lives taking a downward spiraland their very lives begin to be in danger.

As opposed to most of their films, this Coen Brothers effort is very obvious with its comedy. This black comedy of errors will have some people rolling in the aisles, but others will be too confused about what's going on and who's who to get a chance to so much as crack a smile. If you get the Coen Brothers humour, this is a nice little black comedy, otherwise steer clear.
