Blade (Snipes) finds himself forced to form an alliance with other vampires on the Shadow Council when it is discovered that a new mutation has formed in the vampire community, creating a breed who feeds on both humans and vampires. This form of vampire, known as The Reaper, is spreading through the community, and those left alive after an attack are becoming Reapers themselves.

For a sequel, this was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the idea of forcing Blade to work in a team when he’s such a loner, but I still get annoyed at how easily it seems that the character of Whistler (Kristofferson) can come back from the dead when he’s only supposed to be human.
