When domesticated grizzly bear Boog (Lawrence) helps rescue a deer named Elliot (Kutcher) from the cruel Shaw (Sinise), a hunter who will kill anything, Elliot tries to help rescue Boog from his owner, Beth (Messing), only to discover that he is happy with domestic life. Following a series of misunderstandings, Boog is then sent back into the wild, just as hunting season is beginning...

This is Sony’s first animated movie, the next to be released being Surf’s Up. I thought it was pretty good for a first try, and had enough humour to keep both kids and adults entertained.
