Life Or Something Like It (2002) 7/10

When news reporter Lanie Kerrigan (Jolie) interviews a homeless man known simply as Prophet Jack (Shalhoub), he tells her that her life is meaningless and that she is going to die in seven days. Lanie immediately decides to try to change how she lives her life, with mixed results.

I actually hate to admit it, but I did enjoy this film. Despite it being a little on the hokey side, and being very predictable and slightly contrived, it did still have some nice moments throughout, although I would have had a different ending altogether.
