In Disney's 41st Animated Classic, Lilo (Chase) is a young Hawaiian girl who adopts a new pet which she names Stitch (Sanders), but Stitch is not a normal pet – he is in fact a highly illegal genetic experiment who has escaped from his captors in outer space. Now he is on the run from the Galactic Federation who intend to lock him away and eventually destroying him!
This is probably the first Disney Classic to be based on an original idea. The concept, although similar in notion to other movies, comes across as fresh and new with colourful characters and interesting plot developments. Definitely a must for kids and grown-ups alike!
