Cindy Campbell (Faris) returns, this time as a reporter who discovers a number of world threatening events are about to take place, including killer video tapes, crop circles, and a potential alien invasion.

After seeing Scary Movie 2, I gave up all hope for the Wayans brothers. That movie just felt like a series of out-takes strung together into a nonsensical whole that had no actual flow to it. However, this third instalment, despite still not being brilliant, had the overall bonus of having nothing to do with the Wayans! At last all the stupid stoner characters were gone and we were left with an Airplane-esque movie that worked far better than before.
