Minority Report (2002) 8/10

John Anderton (Cruise) is a new kind of cop, one who works with a team of precogs who can predict when crimes are going to happen and prevent them before they do so, but when the precogs predict that Anderton is going to commit a murder in the next 36 hours, he finds himself running for his life, trying to avoid capture whilst simultaneously trying to figure out the events that might lead to him committing such a crime.

This was a good movie, based on one of Philip K Dick’s many original novels, and runs quickly and smoothly, keeping the viewer on the edge of their seats for the majority of the movie, but the last twenty minutes or so were a little slow and took too long to reach the inevitable conclusion.
