Get Over It (2001) 7/10

Berke Landers (Foster) is one of his high school’s biggest sports stars, but when he gets dumped by his longtime girlfriend Allison (Sagemiller) he finds his life begins to slowly crumble around him. In a last ditch attempt to get back together with her, he enlists the helps of Kelly (Dunst), the sister of one of his best friends, and decides to audition for the school musical to win Allison back, but in so doing he finds himself falling more and more for Kelly.

This is possibly one of the last of the great teen comedies of the late nineties and early naughties, and also one of the more enjoyable. The plot is simple enough, and uses the romantic love triangle expertly, but was a little lacking in the supporting cast, with some weak performances from the likes of Sisqo.
