Private Joe Bauers (Wilson) is assigned to be cryogenically frozen for one year as part of a government experiment, but following the project being closed down he finds himself 500 years in the future with the prostitute (Rudolph) who was frozen with him, and the future is a bleak place as the average IQ has dropped well below that of the 21st Century,and idiots are ruling the world.

This was a very enjoyable, very silly movie, taking the idea of a future utopia ala The Time Machine and turning it on its head. The idea of a future world run by morons may not seems a million miles away from the world of today, but this goes that extra step further and brings the world into utter chaos.
