Starring : Paul Bettany, Kirsten Dunst, Sam Neill, James McAvoy, Bernard Hill, Eleanor Bron
Director : Richard Loncraine
Running Time : 98 mins
Peter Colt (Bettany) is a 30-something professional tennis player, ranked 119th in the world, and has never won a pro match until he meets tennis prodigy Lizzie Bradbury (Dunst). As their relationship progresses, Peter begins to find his focus in the game, while simultaneously Lizzie loses her, and her father (Neill) decides that their relationship has to come to an end.
This was a reasonably enjoyable romantic comedy, with a nice performance put in by Bettany. Dunst was a little weak in her role, and seemed to be exaggerating her American accent throughout the movie, and Neill just seemed to be there as a big name more than anything else.
