Running Time : 132 mins
After saving his cousin from a Dementor attack, Harry Potter (Radcliffe) finds himself expelled from Hogwarts! When he is eventually let back in, he discovers that much of the wizarding world are in abject denial about the return of Lord Voldemort (Fiennes), and that his new Defence against the Dark Arts teacher, Dolores Umbridge (Staunton), is seemingly doing everything in her power to prevent the children of Hogwarts from learning how to defend themselves.
Considering this was based on what in my opinion is the worst of the Harry Potter novels, this wasn’t that bad an adaptation. The action was a little slow, and the ending felt rushed, but overall it wasn’t too bad. At least I think kids would enjoy it, even though it was a bit confused in places.
