Will Smith plays Detective Spooner, a technophobe who finds himself investigating the death of one of the men responsible for creating the robots that everyone uses as their own personal slaves. He suspects that one of the robots, which calls itself Sonny (Tudyk) may be in some way responsible for the scientists death. His investiagtions lead him to come under attack by a whole hoard of the new wave of robots, but why are they rebelling, and who is behind their rebellion?

An entertaining film, full of action, suspense and... did I say action?
