Director : Spike Lee

An gang of bank robbers take hostages in a Manhattan bank, dressing the hostages in the same outfits they themselves are wearing. Detective Keith Frazier (Washington) is assigned to negotiate with the robbers, but discovers that the bank's president Arthur Case (Plummer) is hiding something in one of the bank’s safety deposit boxes.
To be honest, I wasn’t all that impressed by this movie. It left too much unanswered for my liking, such as if Dalton Russell (Owen) got away, why was he telling the story from a prison cell? The overall feel of the movie was at times shaky and hard to follow in what seems to be an attempt by Lee to imitate Tarantino.
