The Hills Have Eyes II (2007) 6/10

A group of trainees from the National Guard arrive at the fabled Section 16 to bring supplies to the people installing a monitoring station there, only to discover that everyone is gone. A distress signal forces them to mount a rescue mission into the hills, but there they discover a group of deformed mutants who’s only wish is to kill them all!

This was thankfully a lot better than the 2006 version. I could actually see what was going on, as opposed to the largely pitch black first instalment. Granted, the acting wasn’t really up to much, and the characters were pretty flat and one dimensional on the whole, but in spite of this I still thought it was pretty entertaining.
