The crew of the Enterprise are sent near the neutral zone to Romulus, where a new praetor, Shinzon (Hardy), a human cloned from Captain Picard (Stewart), wants to form a peace treaty with the Federation. But when Picard is captured by the Remans because Shinzon needs him as his only matching supplier of genetic material, the crew find themselves battling Shinzon and the entire Reman Empire!
Definitely not the best of the Star Trek series, so no surprise it seems to be the last for The Next Generation crew. Hardy had little or no charisma in the role and, considering he was supposed to be Picard’s clone, he was awful at behaving like him. Probably the most boring of the series, here’s hoping the next one gets a well needed boost.
