Rodney Copperbottom (McGregor) wants to be an inventor so he moves to Robot City to get a job with his idol, Bigweld (Brooks). However, when he turns up in the city, he finds that Bigweld has gone missing and his company has been taken over by the scheming Ratchet (Kinnear), who plans on discontinuing the manufacture of spare parts to force robots to get upgrades.

I really enjoyed this movie, and thought it was much better than either Ice Age 1 or 2. The characters had far more depth, and the innuendo was wonderfully played by all of the voice actors. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already seen it.
