Starring : Kristen Stewart, Dylan McDermott, Penelope Ann Miller, John Corbett, William B Davis
Director : Danny Pang & Oxide Pang Chun
Running Time : 91 mins
The Solomon family move from Chicago to a sunflower farm in North Dakota following a car accident caused by daughter Jess (Stewart) which left their son Ben too scared to speak. On arrival at the farm, little Ben start seeing strange things around the house, and Jess is attacked by forces unknown… but what is behind these attacks, and what happened to the Rollins family six years earlier which made them up and move overnight…
I don’t want to say that this film was terrible, because some elements of it were quite good, but an awful lot of it just didn’t make any sense. The opening flashback attack was a complete red herring, and the ghosts seemed to attack people indiscriminately. All in all this is probably not worth bothering with unless you really like horror films which, sadly, I do.
