Shaun Brumder (Hanks) wants to go to Stamford to study to become a writer, but his guidance counselor sends someone else’s transcript in error and he gets turned down. So, with the help of his girlfriend Ashley (Fisk) and his brother Lance (Black), Shaun travels down to Stanford to speak to course leader Marcus Skinner (Kline) in order to get his place back.
A pretty simple comedy, with Black actually taking somewhat of a back seat to Hanks, this kept me entertained with it’s fast paced yet not overdone humour, and the amount of cameos was astounding!
