Jersey Girl (2004) 6/10

This film is in no way Smith's finest hour, but it isn't as bad as it could have been. The genius stroke of killing Lopez in the first fifteen minutes perked me up and made me want to enjoy the film regardless of the outcome. As it stands, this was a little too bitter sweet, despite Smith's best efforts to throw in his usual level of quick-talk humour and slapstick. Overall worth watching, but only for die-hard Smith fans.
