Scott Thomas (Mechlowicz) is dumped by his girlfriend (Kreuk) at graduation, only to discover that his German penpal Mieke (Boehrs), who he thought was a guy, turns out to be a girl. Sadly he'd already told her to leave him alone, thinking her to be a weird gay man. So he endeavours on a European trip with three high school friends to try and find her and tell her how he feels, but things never go according to plan.

I really like the silly 80s feel of this movie, especially in its moral outlook. There are no repercussions for actions throughout, and somehow the makers managed to get no end of boobs and willies into the film without raising the certificate above a 15 in the UK.
