The Carter's decide to take a family vacation around America, and mistakenly find themsleves broken down in an apparently abandoned nuclear test site that is now inhabited by mutant freaks who don't take kindly to strangers.

This was probably one of the worst horror films I'd seen in a long time. Not only was it an unoriginal remake, but it was directed and acted in a truly terrible way. I had little or no sympathy for a single character, and really didn't care when they got killed. This film is to be avoided unless you're really into slasher movies and don't mind if there's no substance or real plot.
