After failing to get into any college, Bartleby Gaines (Long) and his best friend Sherman (Hill) decide to invent a college website to fool Bartleby's parents. Problems arise when the parents want to meet with the Dean, so they lease an abandoned psychiatric hospital and do it up to look like a college. That's when the other students who've visited the website arrive, expecting to receive an education!

A very silly film, like a cross between Revenge Of The Nerds and Porkys, basically resting on the moral message that the young people of today should be allowed the freedom to explore their own educational needs so they can enjoy the future they want and deserve.
