Damian (Etel) is a young boy obsessed with Saints and religion, so when a bag filled with money falls from the sky he believes it’s a gift from God. But he soon discovers that the money has in fact come from a daring robbery of the Bank Of England, who were in the process of destroying all of the British pounds in preparation for the changeover to the Euro.

I was pleasantly surprised by this film. The cast were brilliant, and Alex Etel was wonderful as the slightly naïve and innocent Damian. The story was engaging, and the parallel world that were invited into was pretty much like our own, if we had decided to get rid of the pound in the UK. Definitely worth checking out, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
