National Lampoon’s Van Wilder : Party Liaison (2001) 7/10

Van Wilder (Reynolds) has been in college for seven years, spending most of his time organising parties to pay his tuition as his dad had cut him off, but when college reporter Gwen Pearson (Reid) writes an unflattering article about him in the college paper, he realises that maybe it’s about time he grew up and actually tried to graduate.

This was an entertaining movie, much in the vein of the American Pie series, with lots of sexually motivated humour and obvious sexual plotlines. Reynolds is in his element here, playing the popular Van Wilder, and the supporting cast are pretty good too, although Reid is a little flat and dry.
