Starring : Jensen Ackles, Jaime King, Kerr Smith, Betsy Rue
Director : Patrick Lussier
Running Time : 102 mins
Ten years after a crazed miner goes on a killing spree, he seemingly returns from the dead and starts killing all over again, leaving bloody hearts and valentine messages at the scene of each crime.
It's pretty obvious that this movie was made simply so that the producers could cash in on the current surge in 3-D movies. Every killing seems to be focussed on how many things can be hurled towards the camera, and because of this I was reminded of the third Friday The 13th movie in which much the same methods were used. Despite the fact that there was little thought put into a plotline, this is still very watchable, and you'll be relieved that the 30-something cast don't play teenagers for the full duration of the movie.
