It’s All Gone Pete Tong (2004) 5/10

Starring : Paul Kaye, Beatriz Batarda, Kate Magowan, Mike Wilmot
Director : Michael Dowse
Running Time : 88 mins

Frankie Wilde (Kaye) is considered to be one of the best DJs alive, until he is tragically struck down with increasing loss of hearing. As he tries to cover up his ailment, he finds it more and more difficuly=t to do his job, and finally has to decided whether he should just give up or try to struggle on with his disability.

I didn’t think much of this movie, it just didn’t keep me interested from beginning to end. The acting was weak and the humour was obvious without being that funny. Definitely not worth bothering with unless you’re a big fan of Dennis Pennis or Ibiza style dance music.
