Nick Gant (Evans), who has the ability to move things with his mind, meets Cassie Holmes (Fanning), who can see into the future. Together they must find a girl named Kira Hudson (Belle) who is being hunted down by a government agency that wants to find out how she is able to withstand a dangerous procedure that can enhance the powers of those with special abilities.

This is basically a reworked – and far superior – version of Jumper. The characters are far more likeable and the powers aren't limited by one solitary power. The plot is very basic, but the effects help to keep it engaging and visually stunning while not detracting from the story as it slowly unravels.
