When his daughter Kim (Grace) is kidnapped by sex-traffickers in France, ex secret serviceman Bryan Mills (Neeson) takes it upon himself to rescue her by killing anyone that gets in his way as he travels through Paris in search of her and her kidnappers, leaving a path of destruction in his wake.

It's funny. If Jean-Claude Van-Damme or Steven Seagal had been cast in the lead role for this movie, it probably would have gone straight to video. Instead, with Liam Neeson at the helm, this movie has become one of the sleeper hits of 2008. Neeson is imense as the angry father out to stop his daughter's kidnappers, and he makes finding the criminals look incredibly easy. If you like your action movies loud and over the top, then check out this little jem.
