Five puppies accidentally find themselves on a plane to Alaska when they follow an ice-cream truck to the airport. When they arrive in Alaska they team up with a little boy and his pet huskie to form a dog sled team to compete in an annual competition.

I suppose that very young children would enjoy this talking-dog movie – to be fair, that’s who it’s aimed at – but even so I thought this was a little lacklustre and really needed the puppies to have less one-dimensional characteristics. The fact that they would even try to compete against full-grown huskies is ridiculous, but children that don’t know better might enjoy this to some extent.
