After a stint in prison, Trailer Park Boys Ricky (Wells), Julian (Tremblay) and Bubbles (Smith) come up with a cunning idea to make some much needed money – by stealing a huge amount of untraceable coins so that they can quit their life of crime and finally settle down and go straight.

If you just think of this as an extension of the television show then this is a very enjoyable movie. Granted, it doesn’t have a cinematic feel to it, and feels like it should have just been a TV movie, but like the film of Reno 9-11 this was just as effective for people who had never seen the show. There’s some nice dry humour, but don’t expect any raucous laugh-out-loud moments.
