Wake Up, Ron Burgundy! The Lost Movie (2004) 7/10

Ron Burgundy (Ferrell) and his team at KVWN Channel 4 News investigate when a terrorist group of bank robbers known as The Alarm Clock start terrorising San Diego, while dealing with the arrival of their first female anchor.

Basically this is simply a collection of deleted scenes that have been collected together through a voice-over narrative, and as such it isn’t anywhere as good as the original film. Yet it is still one hundred times better than Anchorman 2! The plot follows the same main lines as the first Anchorman movie, with the additional subplots woven in to the story, and though at times it feels a little disjointed and in need of an edit (mainly because the entire film is nothing but unedited scenes), it is still an interesting movie to watch.
